Statement of Faith

TastyFaith materials are non-denominational Christian, based on John 3:16 -- that Jesus Christ is the living Son of the one living God, and He can bring hope to hopeless situations. The goal of TastyFaith materials is to get urban and high-risk youth to apply Christian scripture to their lives and surroundings. That way, the obstacles they face in the city can become stepping stones to get closer to Christ. Baptists, Methodists, Catholic, Lutherans, Pentecostals, Assemblies of God, Presbyterians, Evangelicals, are just some of the denominations that use TastyFaith materials successfully.

TastyFaith materials do not cover religious practices -baptism, gifts of the spirit, sacraments, etc.

TastyFaith materials promote abstinence, sexualy purity, marriage between man and female, the sanctity of life, and do not compromise any Christian Values.They focus on wholistic spirituality, striving to keep young urban youth in school and to be productive members of society.

TastyFaith materials DO focus on the love of Christ, and no matter how messed up your life or situation, JC is still there for you big time.
